One-on-One chat

When logged in, you'll see a box on a toolbar on the bottom-right of your browser, like in Facebook. Click on this, and a list of online site-members pops up. Click on any of their names, and a chat-box opens at your end, along with an alert sound and am invitation alert at their end.  Once the invitation is accepted, you can text-chat like in messenger.

Web-Chat

The site now has a live chat area, for group/private messaging and text-chat.  To use it, log in and go to the live-chat link on the menu. In the chat room you can speak freely to all the people their, or select from a list of chatting members on the dropdown list on the left. To make the conversation private, simply click the lock icon, and the conversation will be secure and two-way only.  When you exit the chat room, the chat history is deleted.

Battlefield 4' first five images, trailer released

Battlefield 4 has been showcased by EA, revealing the first footage and images.

The shooter sequel, which will be powered by the next-generation Frostbite 3 engine, was unveiled at the Games Developer Conference in San Francisco and a community event in Stockholm.

> Battlefield 4 preview: First look at the more open, emotional campaign

The single player campaign will offer more open, sandbox gameplay moments following feedback from Battlefield 3's campaign.

It also aims to deliver a more emotionally impactful story, closely following your fellow soldiers against the backdrop of an impending world war.

The campaign is teased to also offer elements of social persistence, while multiplayer introduces new water vehicles and will add innovations to the franchise.

Similar to Battlefield 3, it has also been
confirmed that a Premium subscription service is in the works.
