1. Login to the PHX website with your username/password
2. Go to the  'submit article'page under the user menu
3. Write a suitable title in the 'title' area - this becomes the Tweet
4. Write something for the body of the article in the 'word processor' area
5. Scroll down and select 'Twitter' as the section to publish to
6. scroll back up and hit 'save'

After the article has been moderated (usually less than 24hrs) it will appear on the website and as a Tweet on our twitter page.
